Terms & License.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this site and your purchase and use of SPECTRE. By buying, downloading or using any SPECTRE product, you agree to them. Please read them before purchasing.
Who sells SPECTRE
SPECTRE is created, owned and sold by Roberto Arechederra, an independent filmmaker based in Mexico, acting as an individual (“I”, “me”, “my”). SPECTRE is a product name, not a separate company.

1. Digital products
1.1 Everything sold on this site — including LUTs (.cube), One-Click LUTs, PowerGrades / node tree setups, video tutorials, guides and practice footage (together, the “Products”) — is digital only and delivered by electronic download. Nothing physical is shipped.
1.2 Product descriptions on the site explain what each edition includes. Please review them before buying.
2. Payments
2.1 Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I am the seller of the Products; Stripe handles the card payment and sends your receipt, under its own terms and privacy policy.
2.2 Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Changes never affect orders already paid. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees.
2.3 If you need an invoice (including a Mexican CFDI), email me with your order details within the same month of your purchase.
3. Refunds
3.1 Because the Products are digital files that cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges are offered after the files have been delivered or downloaded.
3.2 Exceptions: if you were charged twice for the same order, or if a file is defective and I am unable to fix it or send a working version, contact me within 14 days of purchase and I will make it right.
3.3 Nothing in this section limits any refund right that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
4. Your license
4.1 When you buy a Product you do not buy the Product itself — you buy a license to use it. That license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable, and it is granted to one individual (the buyer).
4.2 You may use the Products to grade an unlimited number of your own personal and commercial projects, including work for clients. The videos and images you create with SPECTRE are yours.
4.3 Studios, agencies or teams that need several people to use the Products must buy one license per user, or contact me for a team license.
5. What you may not do
To protect the work behind these looks, you may not, in whole or in part, directly or through someone else:
- Resell, rent, give away, share, trade or redistribute the Products or any file inside them.
- Upload the files to any website, cloud folder, file-sharing service, marketplace, forum, group chat or social platform where others can access them.
- Share your download link or your purchase with anyone else.
- Include the Products, or LUTs, PowerGrades, presets or templates made from them, in any other product, pack, bundle, course or service — paid or free.
- Copy, recreate, sample, color-match, reverse-engineer or extract the looks, LUTs or node structures in order to make and distribute your own LUTs, PowerGrades or presets based on them.
- Use the Products, or footage graded with them, to train or fine-tune artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models or tools designed to reproduce the looks.
- Rename, rebrand or present the Products, or the looks themselves, as your own creation.
- Record, re-upload, publish or redistribute the tutorial or any training material, in full or in clips.
6. Practice footage
6.1 Practice footage is included only so you can learn and practice the workflow. You may post your graded practice results on your personal social media or portfolio, crediting @robert.arre.
6.2 You may not sell, license, use commercially or redistribute the practice footage, upload it to stock libraries, or use it in client work, ads or other products.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 The Products — including the LUT files, PowerGrades and node trees, tutorials, guides, practice footage, product images, texts and the SPECTRE name and branding — are the original work and property of Roberto Arechederra. They are protected by the Mexican Federal Copyright Law (Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor) and by international copyright treaties.
7.2 Your license (section 4) lets you use the Products. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
7.3 All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
8. Breach of these terms
8.1 If you break section 4, 5 or 6, your license ends automatically and immediately, without a refund, and you must stop using and delete every copy of the Products.
8.2 I may request the removal of any unauthorized copy from any platform, and I reserve the right to take legal action and seek compensation for damages, legal costs and any other remedy available under the law.
9. Delivery & access
9.1 Right after checkout, the confirmation page gives you access to the members area, where you can download your files and watch the tutorials. Stripe also emails you a receipt; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact me.
9.2 Download links may be limited or expire. You are responsible for downloading your files and keeping your own backup. If you lose access, write to me with your order details and I will help you.
10. Compatibility & results
10.1 The Full System node tree / PowerGrade requires DaVinci Resolve (Free or Studio). The LUTs in both editions work in any software that supports .cube LUTs, such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut. Checking that your software and footage are compatible before you buy is your responsibility.
10.2 Results depend on your camera, picture profile, exposure, lighting and grading decisions. The examples on this site show my own work; your footage will not look identical, and a specific result is not guaranteed.
11. Updates
Free updates mean that, if I release an improved version of the Product you bought, you will receive it at no extra cost for as long as that Product is offered. I have no obligation to release updates, new camera versions or new looks, and I may discontinue a Product at any time.
12. No warranties
The Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1 To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost footage, lost projects, lost income or missed deadlines — arising from the use or inability to use the Products.
13.2 My total liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
14. Privacy
14.1 At checkout, Stripe collects your payment details; I never see or store your card information. I receive your name, email address and order details to deliver your files and give you support.
14.2 I may email you about updates to your Products and, occasionally, about new releases. You can unsubscribe at any time. I never sell your personal data.
14.3 To access, correct or delete your data, email roberto@arechederra.com.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
16. Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase; the latest version applies to any later use of the site or new purchases.
